Phytosanitary Certificate for Orders Outside the USA

Phytosanitary certificate is government paper work stating the seed have been inspected by a US agent. The agent has found the Paulownia seed free of any pest and diseases and is certified as the Paulownia stated.

Phytosanitary certificate is not required for all countries. Others do require. Some countries many even prohibit Paulownia from coming into the country.

When Phytosanitary certificate is required for shipment, the USA government charges fees for their service. Fees vary with the amount of seed order and will be pass on to you. For under $1,200, the fee is $55.00. We will notified you if a phytosanitary certificate is required and the extra cost before shipment.

If your order is cancelled because of the phytosanitary certificate cost, there is be a 10% restocking fee to cover Pay Pal’s charges.

Paulownia seed are by nature diseases and pest free. Therefore, are the least difficult to ship international. Dormant seedlings, root cuttings, and non-dormant stock are much more difficult to process.
